Assistant Brand Manager – Product  Management

1.Description the main duties of the position:

Roles and responsibilities:

Product Management (70%)

– Support Brand Manager in conducting processes and procedures for the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization (product development and packaging design supervision, pricing, new product launches,monitoring advertising campaigns, and sales monitoring)

– Monitor product stock, material stock, cost of good sold and sales forecast, coordinating effectively with Sales and Operations departments

– Report on business performance to BOD

Marketing activity (30%)

– Assist in the execution of marketing activities (event, training…) to deliver commercial targets

– Develop marketing materials- Propose & monitor of Trade & Consumer promotion, coordinating with Sales & RT Trade MKT team

– Manage marketing budget and expenditures


– Bachelor in Business/ Finance/ Marketing

– Fluent in English both written & speaking

– 2-3 years’ experience in production/distribution/marketing field

– Skill in excel, data analysis is a must

– Good knowledge/ passion about food/ dairy product is preferred

– Knowledge of import, logistic, finance, accounting is a plus

– Self-motivated skills, proactive to learn, honest, connecting with people, positive thinking
