Assistant Brand Manager

1. Description the main duties of the position:
– Support Brand Manager in sourcing/ creating new products, doing market survey, pricing calculation, cost of goods sold control
– Support Brand Manager in defining Brands strategy and marketing plan
– Manage & execute product test, training, create sales & marketing tool and branding & event activity
– Manage the brands owned from introduction to decline
– Coordinate with Marcom team in communication activity
– Manage product’s stock, propose & execute trade promotion program for foodservice, retail, direct sales channel.
– Tracking & report on business performance, marketing spending, comsumer promotion’s effectiveness
– Others task assign by line manager.
– Ensure smooth internal communication about brands and products in charge (with sales team, demand planning team, warehouse, marcom team, finance
– Ensure smooth external communication with suppliers: Organize meetings, market visits, prepare reports, collect information…
– Well control & analyze the business data (stock, sales, product information, expense) & marketing marterial

2. Requirement
– Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management
– Fluent in English both written & speaking
– 2-3 years’ experience in marketing field
– Knowledge of product sourcing, finance, distribution is a plus
– Dairy background or have the good food knowledge preferred (FMCG)
