  1. Description the main duties of the position:

2D Graphic Designer:
– Design online communications products: Key visual, campaign banners, social post, cover…
– Design the company’s proposed documents and branding publications: website banner, slides, sale kit, menu, brochures…
– Design offline POSM & communication products: Standee, banner, backdrop, banderol, invitation, flyer, leaflet, voucher…
– Design branding products according to the Branding department and other department’s requirements.
– Design requirements related to the design field of the company and conduct other tasks following the direction of Manager and BODs.
– Creatively to produce new ideas, innovative concepts & designs, gift creation & simply animated videos.

2. KPI to be achieved (Identify 3 to 8 KPI to be achieved & rank by importance)

– 1-2 hours for each online communications item.

– 2 – 4 hours for each offline communications item.

– 4-6 hours for creative concept KV (depend on project)

3. Behaviors competencies (Required to achieve results)

– Can-do attitude and take serious responsibility with your promises. Face with serious problems happened, let’s say “how can we solve it”, instead of “who did it” at first.

Requirement

– 2-4 years as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer
– Experienced in e-commerce (and/or FnB, reatails) company is a strong plus
