[HN] Area Sales Manager (Hotel & Resort)

I. Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Develop customer to cover the designed market effectively and ensures reach sales team target:

  • Planning, managing and developing customers effectively
  • Identify and list of potential customers in assigned area
  • Assign customers and areas in charge to sales staff
  • Ensure employees understand and implement monthly targets

2. Manage and train sales staff:

  • Visit customers with sales staff weekly to directly coaching, including:
  • Prepare a visit plan and purpose
  • Offer, product introduction, promotion, order taking
  • Support staff in selling and negotiation skills
  • Train new employees: product knowledge, market and customer, selling skills…

3. Report:

  • Report to update actual sales weekly/daily on CRM
  • Report on analyzing business results and KPIs compared to targets, suggesting an effective improvement plan

4. Actively analyze sales forecast

5. Conduct relevant customer surveys

II. Requirement:

1. Education & Qualification: Graduate from university

2. Required knowledge & Skills:

  • Having at least 3-year experience of sales in Food & Beverage, at least 2-year experience of management
  • Be able to well communicate in English
  • Proficient in persuasion and selling skill
  • Good at communication skill, presentation skill
  • Empowerment and team management skill
  • Be able to build and develop relationships
  • Proficient in computer skill
