Description the main duties of the position:

– Develop business within the relevant account to achieve sales and contribution objectives within company strategy.

– To establish and maintain commercial business parthnerships with the relevant customers.

– Management, building, coaching, engagement sales team to win the KPIs the best efficient.

I. Roles and responsibilities:

– Implement the business development plans within budget, co-ordinating the resources of the organization.

– Develop account strategy and people account budgets annually, make forecast accuracy.

– Work closely with Trade MKT team on category analysis and monitor account performance in all areas including: revenue, profit, promotion effectiveness and execution in store.

– Strategically align, plan, negotiate and review business activities.

– Provide key account intelligence to the monthly sales Plan creation.

– Develop acount planning through self and cross functional development.

– Strategically align, plan, negotiate and review business activities.

– Responsible for coaching, recruitment sales staff with account assigned to win the category KPIs.

– Coordinate with Trade MKT team to list new brands/products and convince on TM plan

– Control Account Budget, Ensuring we leverage on it at it best

– Understanding, building sales forecast accuracy by channel

II. Requirement

– Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.

– Having experience in planning and management modern trade is a plusFollow up with sales team to hit target source of growth: listing and launching new product; category growth; sales activities; special event and execellent execution in store.

– Develop account planning through self and cross functional development

– Archived target forecast accuracy
