Modern Trade Manager

Job summary:

Retail Sales Manager have responsibility in making a sales plan and coordinate with Trade team to make a promotion and activation plan, is responsible for managing PG & Sale rep perform sales activities at supermarket, listing new products, negotiate the contract, recruitment & training PG-Sale Rep, be responsible for target, daily report.



– To build a sales strategy, be responsible for target

– To coordinate with other department functions

– To make budget plan, control expenses and monitor budgets

– To forecast annual, quarterly products and control stocks

– To formulate sales policies and procedures

– To negotiate the contract/Thương thảo hợp đồng

– To list new products

– To create a good relationship with purchasing

– Market research and competitor

2.Management PGs, SR

– To recruit & train PG, SR

– To guideline staff for display

– To build and develop sales team


– Daily report/ Monthly report/ Quaterly Report

– Trade report

– Competitor report

II.Main duties

– To achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

– To ensure achievement of sales objective

– To use and control suitable budget

– Ensure enough stocks and to avoid near expired date

– To come up with appropriate strategies

– Well fulfilment the company’s target

– Ensure the sales staff to understand the products, the sales process and the company rules

– Control and evaluate the performance of the group

– Control and evaluate the effectiveness of the program

– Assess the market to come up with appropriate strategies


– Required knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of FMCG market

– Experience: At least 3 years working experience in FMCG

– To be ability to plan, organize, organize and handle good situations

– To have team building skills or supervision

– To be good interpersonal skills, good listening skills and effective feedback

– To be ability to negotiate and convince customers well

– To have the skills to train and train staff
