WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day Store operations. The Store Manager will contribute to our business success by being business-minded, results-driven and customer-oriented, a role model for Le Square Épicier Fin. He/She will be accountable for conducting business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and greatly enhance profitability. The position will be in charge for motivating and engaging the team, ensuring that employees always understand the objectives of the organization, embodies the spirit of superior service and human culture of LSEF.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualification:
College or University Graduated in Business Management or any related field.
Proficiency in English
Required knowledge & Skills:
• Management skills, reporting skills, good at Microsoft Excel/ Work.
• The ability to plan and priorities workloads and delegate accordingly.
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• The ability to train staff policy and procedure
• The ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes
Experience:
• At least 2 years at Management Level in FMCG/ FnB Retail Business
