Description the main duties of the position:

– Support Retail team to come up with strategies and plans to increase sales

– Planning and implementing sales support activities: Tasting/sampling, Display, Promotion, TMKT report

I. Roles and responsibilities:

– Market analysis to understand consumer habits. Plan the right strategy to support the sales team

– Guide Sales team (what to list sell, where, when, why)

– Review proposals from the sales team to assist in applying for BOD approval

– Work with accountant to update price in system

– Supervise, coordinate and update promotional calendar programs to sales team to execute programs

– Execute sampling/ cooking demo at region. Control and improve effect of sampling and activation in stores

– Work with sales team to coordinate display rental, find good places for branding visuals and display…

– Monitor and conduct display program including in MT & GT channel, input learning to improve later execution.

– Manage SSL product at region, propose scheme and align with Sales team, Operation for clearance.

– Monitor budget vs actual & Tracking report weekly/ monthly

– Monitor and analyze sales data per region/team

– Release a monthly report on sell performance (sales revenue value distribution, visibility, promotion, plans execution)

– Track all marketing spending and follow up on the budget

II. Requirement

– University degree in business field

– At least 02 years of relevant working experience in trade marketing/trade category at the same position or experience as Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade in an FMCG company

– High sense of responsibility, hard work, hard work, ability to work independently

– Good knowledge of trade marketing, and MT sales in the FMCG industry
