MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide the perfect service experience for every customer
– Ensure the customer feels welcome in the restaurant
– Take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers.
– Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
– Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
– Know perfectly the menu
– Make the drinks after training with our barista (hot and cold beverages)
– Cut the fruit
– Ability to sell our products
– Make additional sales (desserts, bakery, coffees…)
– Clean the tables in the good way by following the process
– Clean work areas, utensils, equipment
– Set up or restock product in the fridge
– Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
– Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
– Must have good communication skills in English
– Previous work experience in a café / restaurant.
– Have a good interpersonal skill
– Speaking fluently English, Vietnamese is mandatory.
