I. Description the main duties of the position

1.Roles and responsibilities:

– Sales data collection, processing & analize

– Support to Brand Manager to report on business performance, marketing spending

– Manage product’s stock data

– Help to conduct event, workshop

– Coordinate with Marcom team in communication activity

– Support to Brand Manager in E-commerce channel

– Others task assign by line manager.

2. KPI to be achieved (Identify 3 to 8 KPI to be achieved & rank by importance)

– Well control & analyze the business data (stock, sales, product information, expense) & marketing marterial

– Ensure smooth internal communication about brands and products in charge (with sales team, demand planning team, warehouse, marcom team, finance

– Ensure smooth external communication with suppliers: Organize meetings, market visits, prepare reports, collect information…

– Strong in communication

II. Requirement

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management
  • Fluent in English both written & speaking
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing field
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital is a plus
  • Dairy background or have the good food knowledge preferred
  • Self-motivated skills, proactive to learn, honest, connecting with people
