Marcom Executive

I. Job description:

Description the main duties of the position: This position will assist the Marcom Manager in implementing marketing communication activities that includes Events. Digital & Social Media Marketing, and all other activities that are essential to build a strong brand and connection with our target audiences.

Roles and responsibilities:

– Execute marketing communication campaigns in line with the marketing communication plan and strategies directed by Marcom Manager.

– Content marketing: actively create and publish useful and relevant content including social contents, web contents, blogs, promotion materials…

– Email marketing: create new business email communications with a view to creating leads and interest across all categories.

– Events: assist with communication of internal/external events, including but not limited to tradeshows, demo/workshops, corporate events

– Collateral: responsible for creative brief and work with designers to create product collateral

– Interact with customers, record needs and information of customers, then transfer leads to related department. Collect, analyze data and insights of users on social networks.

– Other duties that may be assigned by line manager and BOD from time to time

II. Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related discipline

– At least one years’ experience in a B2B marketing role. (work experience in a Event/Media agency is a plus)

– Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge and experience of “Marketing & Communication” in the Food industry.

– Understand the purpose of each Marketing campaign and the ability to evaluate the performance metrics in Marketing.

– Copywriting and content creating, with pratical experience of writing marketing content

– Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok)

– Good command on written & spoken English

– Fluent communication & presentation skills, both in verbal & writing

– Open minded

– Interpersonal skills

– Detailed-oriented

– Highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic and team oriented
